A short biography
Jungwoo Choi joined KIST as a postdoctoral researcher in 2024. He received his B.S. degree from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Korea University, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). His research focuses on the design of promising electrical and thermal catalysts utilizing Density Functional Theory (DFT) and machine learning potential, and he is interested in bridging the gap between experimental and computational simulation environments.
