A short biography
Dr. Sojeng Yang joined KIST as a postdoctoral researcher in October 2024. She received her B.S. in Nuclear Engineering followed by both her M.S. and Ph.D. in Energy Systems Engineering, all from Seoul National University (SNU). Her research focuses on constructing machine-learning interatomic potentials (MLPs) based on density functional theory (DFT) calculations and conducting molecular dynamics (MD) simulations, with a particular focus in solid-state electrolytes and their interfaces with electrodes.
