A short biography
Dr. Jinwoong Chae joined the Computational Science Research Center (CRSC) of KIST as a postdoctoral researcher in May 2024. He received his B.S. and Ph.D. in Physics from Sejong University. His previous research interests were concerned with the electronic properties of low-dimensional materials, such as band structures, charge density wave, and electronic transport. As a member of the CSRC, he is interested in machine learning interatomic potential (MLP) and focuses on developing the MLP models for electrochemical environments.
